These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, SEGUL/SEGUI. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions​

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice, by posting an amended Terms and Conditions that is always accessible through the app. Your continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

Using SEGUL/SEGUI​

You agree to use SEGUL/SEGUI only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

Open Source and MIT License​

SEGUL/SEGUI is an open-source application. The source code is freely available and can be distributed and modified under the terms of the MIT License.

The MIT License is a permissive free software license originating at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It puts only very limited restriction on reuse and has, therefore, high license compatibility.

By using SEGUL/SEGUI, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the MIT License.

Third-Party Libraries​

Please note that while SEGUL/SEGUI is distributed under the MIT License, it uses third-party libraries that may be distributed under different licenses. The use of these libraries is subject to their respective licenses. We encourage users to review these licenses.

We do not claim any ownership or responsibility for these third-party libraries. Any issues related to these libraries should be directed to their respective authors or maintainers.

Intellectual Property​

SEGUL/SEGUI and the intellectual property rights of the content, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by the app, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Dispute Resolution​

If you have any dispute with us relating to your use of SEGUL/SEGUI, you agree to contact us directly and provide a detailed description of the issues you encountered. You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or disagreements between us directly, before resorting to any legal action.
